A man who had a parcel sent to a Lincoln University mailroom on 822 Chestnut St. has been arrested for trafficking drugs in the first degree on Tuesday.

An investigator sent the suspect, Mark Gunnels, a message saying that the parcel was available for pick up. When Gunnels was leaving the mailroom with the parcel when he was detained by the Lincoln University Police Department.
