Naked Florida (obviously) Man bites dog while high on meth

Florida Man went for the trifecta here.

Not that there’s a typical man bites dog story, but this one involves meth, nudity, stun guns and the Sunshine State.

A Florida man, reportedly muddy, naked and high on methamphetamine, dropped to his hands and knees to confront a police dog and bit the K-9?s ear during an arrest last week. The dog, Casper, retaliated by biting Donald Watts’ head before cops executed the arrest of the 38-year-old perp, according to Florida’s 92.1 CTQ.

Fittingly, the incident happened in a northern Florida town called High Springs.

shared this with my teen, he said "It was a fight for dominance, the K-9 won."

Against a naked meth-head, the k-9 will ALWAYS win

When someone is behaving that way, regardless of whether it is drug-induced or a mental breakdown, that goes over a line that is rather pathetic rather than a source of amusement or even an oddity.

I am not trying to rain on that parade, but it saddens me when people "falling down" are pointed out in that way. You have to be very messed up and down the tubes to get to that point and I don't judge people for it. In the case of drug use, I guess it depends on if you see it as a moral failing, (in what ever sense) or an illness of sorts.

I have had friends who were bi-polar and, in extreme manic phases, they could publicly act-out behaviors along the same lines. That is tragic and deserves understanding.

this is about a meth induced Florida Man going for broke with a dog. Sad and slightly amusing, mostly because it's almost always Florida Man.

Thanks, but I was making a point about drug abuse as a disease and this was relevant because the behavior indicates a problem.

and it's tragic. Unfortunately, sometimes the results are so outside the spectrum of human behavior, you just have to laugh because of the cognitive dissonance.

I appreciate humor myself and I am sorry for dumping that on the thread like that.

Yes, cognitive dissonance can ring with some hilarity at times
