Between Bass, Lee, and Waters, Bass is the likely candidate to replace Harris in the US Senate.
Based on their ages, Bass is able to serve more terms in the US Senate than Lee and Waters.
Waters will be 84 when she has to run in 2022, she will be 90 when she has to face voters again in 2028. 2028 will be the last election Waters runs in.
Lee will be 76 when she has to run in 2022, she will be 82 when she has to face voters again in 2028, and 88 when she has to face voters again in 2034.
2034 will be the last election Lee runs in.
Bass will be 69 when she has to run in 2022, 75 when she has to face voters again in 2028, 81 when she had to face voters again in 2034, 87 when she has to face voters again in 2040.
2040 will be the last term Bass runs in.
Bass also served in the California State Assembly as Speaker.
