One of the hairs in Donald Trump's first toupee?
Seriously tho, the whole "will of the voters" thing is extremely strange. There is no scenario for dividing SDs - besides just handing every one of them to Bernie because voters love their taxes being doubled, or something - that puts Bernie ahead. Winner-take-all-supers gives Bernie fewer. Proportional granting (60 percent of popular vote = 60 percent of supers) gives Bernie fewer. Giving them out according to how easily a candidate can beat Trump is kinda weird of an idea because presidenting isn't a system where the more you beat the other guy by the more powers you get...and because Deez Nuts, the 15-year-old kid who launched a joke campaign for president a few months ago, would beat Donald Hindenburg Trump.
