In 1994, Sanders co-sponsored a bill that would have allow low-level nuclear waste from Vermont to be shipped to the poor Latino community of Sierra Blanca, Texas.

I posted, since most laws end up on the President's desk if there were any other bills that Sanders actively supported that she wanted to pass credit (responsibility) on. Sponsor is a better word. They are honestly trying to pass this off on Clinton.

....that determined the location(s) for the toxic waste. I'm not sure if she was on it when that decision was made, but the sole purpose of the board is to find locations in Texas to send Vermont and Maine toxic waste. It's called "The Texas Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact Commission".
