How Hillary is running the campaign that Bernie promised to run

[link:http://www.thepeoplesview.net/main/2016/3/16/hillary-clinton-running-campaign-bernie-sanders-promised| Running a national campaign is hard.

I've never done it. You've never done it. Hillary Clinton tried to do it once before and came up short. Bernie Sanders had never done it until this year. So it should come as no surprise then that in running for the highest elected office in the land, there remains a bit of a learning curve even if you've done it before. For Hillary Clinton and her team, they set out on a mission to avoid making the same mistakes that cost them the 2008 democratic nomination; specifically by making a commitment to focus on the delegate math by racking up delegates in states that favored her demographically, and to work for every last vote in states that favored Bernie Sanders demographically. On the flip side, Bernie Sanders and his team set out on a mission to create a "political revolution" where millions of people would rise up, rage against Wall Street, and sweep Sanders and a progressive House and Senate into office in 2017.

1. In the primaries, it's all about delegates. In the G.E., it's all about one person, one vote.

There are NO caucuses in the G.E., just the ol' one person, one vote and she who gets the majority will win the State and her electoral votes.

This is something Bernie didn't understand, and now he'll lose the nomination because of that mistake - just as Hillary had done in 2008.

6. actually the GE is about the Electoral College. Direct votes do not elect a President.

That is why all this open GOP convention, third party talk on their side is so important this year.
Only a 3rd party race can send the election to the House of Representatives if no candidates wins enough to win the electoral college.

Hillary just did it. That's one of the many reasons she's going to make the best President in 2017,

Thank you, Walk away~ Awesome observation from Trevor LaFauci ,, Hillary is the "true revolutionary".

BS talks unicorns with glitter farts.

I'll take reality without the glitter farts.

BTW: I call it voting for SCOPE not HOPE

4. And now the BS'ers are attacking the very system that punished Hillary & rewarded PBO in '08.

She adopted Obama's ground game, and even some of the folks who orchestrated Obama's victory in '08. She learned much from that, and now the BS'ers want to punish her for being an astute learner. I think the party officials should let the BS campaign know that they're not going to be changing our nomination process to benefit someone who's not even a "Democrat".

After his inevitable loss, I hope that BS, unlike Nader, will go off & actually build an infrastructure that will actually make a third party viable. While he's at it, I hope they build their own internet sites where they can work against the Democratic party, with no interference from actual Democrats. Hey, maybe they could co-opt NorquistDogLake.
