Potatoes Imports to Costa Rica Suspended
San Jose, Mar 23 (Prensa Latina) The State Health Service suspended from Friday potatoes imports due to detection of a plague that attacks this product in exporting countries.
The bacteria, known as zebra chip, and its vector, appeared in Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and parts of Canada, Mexico, United States and New Zealand.
