Want a kilogram of onions in Venezuela? That will be 3/4 months wages, please!

Economic War? See the prices of onion Kg in Bicentennial Supplies!

January 3, 2017.- Venezuelans who live solely from their work do not believe the story of the economic war. The price release is hungering and killing. Here is a more than eloquent image: In the Bicentennial Market of Ciudad Bolívar they offer the kg of onions in Bs 161,000 Bs.

Draw your own conclusions...

Heart attack! Imported rice appeared on the shelves at an unpayable cost
Andrea González Parra

Caracas, January 3. - It is just beginning 2018 and added more concerns for Venezuelans. The shortage of basic products is maintained and those that are obtained, can only be acquired at unpayable prices .

The high costs of food in the market are unattainable for those who do not have a sufficiently high income. Being able to eat well is no longer simple and can not be done by anyone.

A sample of this is that rice imported from Brazil appeared on the shelves on Wednesday at a cost of 92,000 bolivars per kilo, an unpayable cost for those who charge only a minimum wage,

Food sovereignty. Rice imported from Brazil. Bs 92,000*
