The constituent Orlando Camacho, also president of Fedeindustria, admitted that he had to buy at the parallel dollar rate set by the Dolar Today portal.

"That rate is created by people, you believe it, I believe it, I have had to buy at that rate," Camacho said in an interview with Vladimir Villegas on his Vladimir 1 program, broadcast by Globovisión.

The Dolar today portal is considered by the government of President Nicolás Maduro as one of its great enemies, and they have stated this repeatedly.
