"From now on, every month we will pay the pensions through the digital wallet, so that the elderly do not have problems and have their resources freely", with this phrase the Bolivarian president, Nicolás Maduro, flagrantly raped again the National Constitution of Venezuela.

And with that, the Citizen and Human Rights of all Venezuelan senior citizens, whether they are for or against the ruling party. Neither in the Social Security Law nor in the National Constitution of Venezuela there is any mention that
obliges the elderly to have a card of a political party to collect the pension that they paid during their working years and their age.
The announcement, made this Sunday , has not yet been published in the Official Gazette, however the claim to do it without consultation and mandatory, is one of the practices of the Bolivarian government.
In spite of being said by Maduro, the Venezuelan News Agency, AVN, affirms that "the activity will be carried out in all public and private banking entities of Venezuela according to the identity card terminal".
