After the heavy rains that were registered in Apure state, 15 National Guards were arrested, since they spread through their social networks a video showing the precarious conditions of their jobs, which was completely flooded .

These guards were detained in the Detachment 351 of San Fernando de Apure.

The reason for the arrest of the guards was for "treason".

This video was recorded by the guards with the intention of making known the conditions of their job, which showed the material damage that the rains in Apure made in bedrooms, kitchen, and even the airstrip.
