The book could have an immense influence on the world.

Of course, you'd have to add a lot of words.

I think we really need to deeply examine the lengths at which totally ridiculous innocuous-seeming things can have horrible oppressive impacts on vulnerable populations and society at large. For instance, the direct and clear correlation between shag carpeting and violent crime, a story which has been COMPLETELY covered up, like a hardwood floor, by the mainstream media.

Or how the Ty-D-Bowl man ads in the 70s were a deliberate attempt by the Patriarchy to imprint an entire generation with coprophilia. I mean, it's obvious, yet anyone who tries to discuss it is silenced and mocked. Sad, just sad.

I'm glad I came back this evening and re-read this. At 5:30 in the morning, well before any coffee or cigs, I think I took this completely the wrong way lol. Brilliant!

I wish it had used it's clear tribute to the patriarchy to finish better than 70th in the ratings.

That's all I have to add.

I'm thinking about working with Melanie Safka's brilliant post-Freudian insight into the nature of patriarchal oppression, from Psychotherapy, "A thing's a phallic symbol if it's longer than it's wide."

Little Dutch boy paint was advocating gender neutral haircuts years ago.

I should know, some extremely high barber saddled me with this exact look some time in 1974.
