Maybe it's time to start picking on the rich........

more than we have in the past. Through the mid-terms we hammered on the repugs pretty good and they heard us and they didn't like it. Now that the elections are over maybe we should start hammering on the rich. See if we can put the fear of the pitch forks and torches in them. They hide behind their bought and paid for puppets and sneak away fairly untouched. Maybe it's time to really expose their shittiness (is this a word?). Pretend they're running for office and attack them at every turn like we did to the repugs. Attack them enough that Joey the Scar and my old friend Jamie Dimon starts looking worried in the mornings. Just saying.

from every orifice yet! There is still more pillaging for the republicans to do!

But once you accept that the republicans will always trash the economy, you can protect yourself.

1. The upper income rate was above 80%.

2. Unions were strong.

3. Higher education was inexpensive.

That's how it works.

plentiful land and resources, etc. There was also some bad junk too -- particularly discrimination, racism, hatred, flat-eartherism, etc.

Point is, those 3 won't do it alone nowadays, but they are a significant part of the solution -- Taxes, although not 80% under today's tax laws where little is deductible; some organization(s) powerful enough to fight for average folks whether it's a union or something different; and close to free, with subsidies, higher education system.

I think we need a good bit more messing, in a good way, with the whole and global system.
