I tried many times because there were specific things I wanted to buy from them. It was so bad that I was unable to order so I bought elsewhere multiple times. This has to be a factor also.

Entrance area ususally filled with junky stuff. Not appealing. The rest of the store displays are only marginally better. They need a good visual merchandiser. The only reason I go is to get the CO2 refills for my Soda Stream. The coupons the company keeps sending me lowers the cost of each canister considerably. (love my soda stream)
