Prepared to Strike as Company Seeks to Gut Agreement
Frontline Con Ed workers who keep New York City and Westchester supplied with electricity, gas and steam will rally in Union Square for a fair contract. The current contract expires June 30 at midnight. Preparations for a strike are underway as Union members have overwhelmingly authorized their elected leaders to call a strike if forced by the company.
