Someone offered me $200,000 in NFTs for my paintings
On InstaGram. Do these folks actually think I'd fall for a scam like that?

(22,697 posts)4. Yep. I get that all the time.
I tell them I need a certified cheque or money order. And a physical cheque, not an email. One of the scammers yesterday said she'd send me a cheque and after it cleared she'd have her "shipping agent" collect the paintings. I told her I'd ship it to her so-called agent. She gave me a fake address. Busted! Her IG account mysteriously disappeared suddenly!
