It's baack: Peak Oil shakes its hoary locks

https://www.asme.org/getmedia/5a3e3c4e-e234-4c59-82d5-5f9c9847caeb/PUB1101ETP-1_Three_Signs_the_End_of_Oil_Exports_is_Coming.aspx

Issue: The first sign of the end of oil exports has already happened. The second is expected in about six yearsand the third in twenty years, by which time the price of oil will have dramatically increased and worldwideoil exports will have effectively ceased. Broad systemic change involving new technologies has historicallytaken longer than twenty years to reach maturity. We must respond to this energy challenge now.
