Some good news from Brazil
A little over a year ago, on 1 Feb 2015, the reservoir that supplied Sao Paulo (Sistema Cantareira) hit an all-time record low of 5% capacity. As of today, it is now above 60% and climbing. They have had steady rain the last few months and it is filling fast (about 1/2 - 1% a day).
