Cat Covered in Concrete and Left to Die Deserves Justice

A cat suffered and nearly died after being doused with concrete.
The cat was found shivering on a front porch in Bristol, England.

Faye Richards found Grant, a two-year-old orange cat, lying motionless on her front porch.
His fur was so stiff that she mistook him for a package.
His eyes had hardened shut due to the concrete.
Richards took the cat to the vet where his fur had to be completely shaved off.

Though Grant escaped with only a few cuts and scrapes, it could have been worse.
The vet claims that if the concrete had gotten into his lungs it would have been a completely different outcome.

Though no one has come forward to claim responsibility for this attack, an investigation is needed to prevent further acts of cruelty.

The RSPCA is an organization dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals.
It functions out of the U.K. and Australia and has offices stationed in nearly every city.
If anybody can get to the bottom of this and prevent similar attacks in the future, it's them.

Urge the RSPCA to investigate this attack and seek the harshest punishment possible for the culprit in order to protect the welfare of all animals.
