Where is the best source for a vegetarian to get Omega-3?

I've not eaten any meat fo fish for over 20 years. Recently I heard about the "necessity" of Omega-3 for health. But this has fish oil in it.

Where can I find the health benefits without the fish?

There are many supplements on the market. I use one called Barlean's Total Omega, Vegan. The Omega Acid-containing ingredients are Flaxseed oil, Borage oil and DHA algal oil.

Non-meat bacon of course, slathered with yummy Vegenaise. I'm so hungry.

Well, you *did* ask for "best" source. That tastes the best.
