Is Edward Snowden off limits even if he continues to harm the U.S. with sensitive revelations?

I never imagined I would ever see the United States on its knees. Until Edward Snowden decided to betray his country by violating his oath and exposing to the world a top-secret defense project that was vital to U.S.National Security.

We all know about this affair. We assume that Russia is already done with extracting from Snowden all he has on U.S. National Security.

We know Snowden is a guest of Vladimir Putin.

So, it looks as though the United States has chosen to close the case and lick its wounds outside the borders of former archenemy Russia.

No effort of any kind has been done to try to negotiate with the Russians their handing Snowden to the U.S.

The U.S. has silently surrendered to the Russians without even trying.

THE UNITED STATES HAS LOST WORLD WAR III TO THE RUSSIANS!!!!!

For God's sake, what is happening to America that no one seems to know what to do?
The world is becoming used to America's crises. America's military are everywhere from the Middle East and Asia, on extended tours whose purpose no one understands, and whose results are questionable. And we are witnessing a significant crisis of U.S. credibility by watching a shameful confrontation over the national debt limit that has paralyzed Government.

The United States is being labeled a pariah state by some hawks, and it is certainly concerning to watch a permanent sense of crisis at all levels of government, A TERRIBLE SIGN TO THE WORLD.
