Will the Hamas-Israel Conflict Expand into a Region-Wide War? - William Spaniel



When wars start in the Middle East, they often expand into region-wide affairs. Will the current Gaza crisis have the same fate? Today, we look into the various possibilities. Although most of the state-level interventions are unlikely, the internal competition incentives for Palestinian groups is high. Thus, the conflict will expand, but probably not to the same degree as decades past.

the media and many people who comment here and elsewhere, want it to.
People believe strongly until they have to put THEIR lives on the line.
Then..
I"m pretty sure none wants to be there themselves, in harms way.
It's like, "Hey, Let's you and him fight! Me? No way!"
