Since the beginning of the year, five Russian refineries have been hit by drone strikes, as well as an oil and gas terminal in the Leningrad Region, an oil depot in the town of Klintsy in the Bryansk Region, and the St. Petersburg oil terminal. Russia has already imposed a ban on petrol exports since March 1st. It will last until the end of August.
