Miley Cyrus unimpressed by Israeli app mocking 'Wrecking ball' hit

Singer's lawyers threaten lawsuit over game that has been downloaded millions of times, which parodies her 'Wrecking ball' hit.

An Israeli soldier has found himself at the heart of dispute with world-famous pop star Miley Cyrus over an app parodying her hit video "Wrecking Ball."

When 20-year-old Tal Dahabani developed the "Flying Cyrus" game, he never imagined he would get a lawsuit threat from the famous singer.
In the game, the player is required to help a drawing of Cyrus's head to avoid hammers and wrecking balls.

The application has been a phenomenal success, with five million downloads, and even rising to fifth place in the Apple store's games chart in the US and other countries.

What grand development in thumb-based technology will these geniuses grace humanity with next? And more importantly, can it compete with the Kim Kardashian: Hollywood app game, that apparently rakes in seven hundred grand every day?
