There is still much more work to be done. This battle may be over but there is still much more to be done.

to press forward in different districts...I suspect some states like Wisconsin will still defend the ban...
Ultimately SCOTUS will have to revisit same sex marriage if a federal district rules in opposition to the ninth. However with a sweeping ruling from the ninth striking down on equal protection plus DOMA ruling will pretty much spell immediate judicial death to these bans. If they are even able to brought before the court. Some states could have them in place for years to come.
