Several years ago, something similar happened to me - I immediately reported it to the admins and they banned the poster and Skinner personally wrote to me to apologize.

Just remember that a lot of the assholes around here just lost their favorite chew today yesterday. You shouldn't have to take their shit ever again and Skinner needs to start banning them for what they clearly are.
