DC: mayor signs bill banning 'ex-gay' therapy for minors

At the beginning of this month, Truth Wins Out commended the Washington DC city council for voting unanimously to ban the notoriously discredited and harmful practice of “ex-gay” or “reparative” therapy for minors, noting that the practice is roundly condemned by all major medical and mental health professional bodies. Washington mayor Vincent Gray has now signed that bill.
