(54,108 posts)There has been a major downslide in the treat and acceptance of the GLBT community, in all corners of the world and political spectrums. It seems we make one step forward, and then we are smacked back two steps. I see progress in some traditionally homophobic societies, then homophilic ones start showing their heterosexist and homophobic asses.

The rest of the world heard this criticism, looked at everything the President of the United States says and does, and replied Who are you to judge? I weep for what we have become in the eyes of the rest of the world. We have no moral ground to stand on anymore. If we do not reclaim this ground in 2020....I honestly dont know.
