Before the big one. Ellen bought a house, and in one episode it started with co-stars looking for her (she hadn't moved in yet), and she literally came out of the closet because she wanted to see how big it was.

Then she would brush her teeth while singing, "I'm so pretty, oh so pretty, so pretty and witty and g--- hey!" as she noticed her sink was clogged.

At the end of the actual episode, Laura and Ellen sit down for an interview where Ellen goes on the books for coming out with encouragement from Laura, which earns Laura a toaster.
