just as telling, look at the man in the pic, shorts and no shirt. The woman....fully covered. Maybe it is winter there, yeah that's it.

until very recently, when we finally got it recognized as a violent crime against mostly women.

Over there, rape damages a man's property, so restitution consists of taking the damaged property off his hands. Property isn't human so it has no say in the matter.
