Related: About this forumI'm getting stress reduction through breathing exercises (also called meditation but
I don't mean the religious kind of meditation).
It's working well for me and it's drug free. I simply concentrate on breathing in and breathing out slowly and calmly. I concentrate on that and if a stray thought appears in my mind, I gently push it aside and go back to the breathing.
I'm no longer getting stressed out by "small stuff." It's wonderful.

He has several exercises - for energy, for meditation and for stress reduction.
I never finish the stress reduction exercise before I fall asleep.
