I don't know how, but I lost 10 lbs....

I was at my pcp today for another issue but I decided I should weigh myself because my hairdresser asked me a couple of weeks ago if I had lost weight. I said no, I always weigh the same, 175. Sure enough, though, today I weighed 165!

It kinda makes sense. As I get older, my appetite has decreased so overall I eat less. Doc congratulated me but I didn't feel I DID anything. I'm just less hungry.

I do eat good foods, high in nutrients, but I sure do eat less calorie-wise every day. But I've been doing that for years. So I chalk it up to age...

that is what every trip to the doctor reveals these days. I keep forgetting how old I am and they are kind enough to remind me.

no previous generation had to remember passwords, pin numbers, and how to work the latest computer update! Brains can call a time-out!

a while back, I was so certain I was the same. I've lost a bit of height too, so that makes it a little more balanced.

I wonder, do people with obesity issues lose weight when they reach their mid 70s?
