I'm going for Phototherapy next week for my pruritus/nemular dermatitis.

I have had very limiited success with the creams and products such as Zyrtec. I'll start with 3 times a week and gradually decrease as I progress and then just go in for follow up. Sounds pretty easy. He says most all of his patients respond to this therapy.

I am a big mess skinwise. I also have post-herpetic neuralgia which is painful/itchy too but my pain management doc is setting me up for Qtensa which involves a thin wire inserted between my vertebrae and needs to be done outpatient.

My life revolves around all this stuff. Just hope I'll have better luck going forward...

He's a brilliant doctor so I'm grateful for thatk. Plus, he's a helluva nice guy.
