One of the movies that have influenced me most. I saw it on TV in the early 70s and have forever changed my view of gay people and the struggles they must endure since. My parents were not very liberal, they were good people but old fashioned and followed the herd of their church. I really didn't have anyone to talk about stuff like this to so seeing this film was like a good teacher for me.
I look around but cannot find it anywhere - would love to resee it again. It might be on youtube in it's entirety but I'd rather have a tv copy. I will be getting Netflix for a while over the holidays and hope I can find it there (in fact I am going to search there right now).
Any movies you see that have introduced a new way of thinking, accepting, a movie that has changed you for the better in some way?
