Hell of a cast.
Written so most folks can follow the sequence of events.

but..
I found this review on Netflix which saved me the trouble of writing my own similar one:
( and I heartily recommend Inside Job)

"Unlike the excellent Academy Award winner documentary Inside Job, Too Big to Fail is a highly misleading retelling of the financial meltdown of 2008. Here are some examples: the film barely mentions that Paulson was the head of Goldman Sachs which is the company that deceptively sold the CDOs that turned out to be so toxic. There is almost no reference to the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act which permitted the too-big-to-fail merger of companies such as Citigroup, or any mention of the fact that Rubin, Summerss and Geithners mentor, went on to help run Citigroup for $15 million a year. By solely concentrating on the repayment of TARP, the movie, like the book, omits the larger aspect of of the governments financial crisis effort: the $1.1 trillion in toxic mortgages that the Fed purchased from the banks, as well as the $380 billion bailout of Fannie and Freddy. All in all, this movie is largely a pro-Wall Street propaganda effort to reinforce the narrative of TARP as a well executed and necessary evil in which taxpayers actually turned out a profit. This, if one simply looks at the current state of the housing market as well as that of the national debt, could not be further from the truth. Two stars because of the good acting. "

Which is why I did not finish the book the movie is based on....
