Zellweger is a juvenile delinquent on the run? She was wonderful in that movie.

This is a true crime story about a woman who has no morals and a police community willing to aid her and let an innocent man go to prison.

What a tangled web of crime and police cooperation that sent an innocent man to prison. It's almost unbelievable that people like Pam actually exist on this earth.

I just binged on a marathon of 5 seasons of “A Crime To Remember” on Tubi which is a free app.
Very interesting to see how difficult crimes were solved before modern technology that is now routine in today’s world.

I’ll be sure to check out your suggestion. 😊

Included on that episode list is the crime committed in NY - Kittty Genovese. Remember that one? Allegedly 38 witnesses to the crime against her did nothing. Very very informative.

I couldn't watch it even though I knew the true story behind it, which is fascinating.

But there was something about the way Zellwiger played the role that bugged the daylights out of me. It was like she was spoofing everyone. Like she was amused by everything. She always had this half-smile on.

It was that thing they talk about when the performer breaks the spell with the audience. She broke the spell and I couldn't take her seriously in this role, which pretty much caused the end of my interest in this story.

(thought she sounded so stupid)
Maybe what it is is that actors may be privy to voice recordings that they are trying to imitate? Problem in that is that the audience doesn't.

I know what you mean tho. That "skit" at the beginning was super strange. Guess I just got beyond it. How could someone be so crazy? How could husband go along?

Wow... Just read her murder trial won't be until 2024
