i've been enjoying the first season of Dark Shadows on dvd... (spoiler inside!)
anyone else hurry home after school to catch the day's episode?
i was only 6 years old for the first season, but i definitely watched some of the later seasons after the appearance of Barnabas, Julia, Quentin.
it's a hoot watching, the production/editing capabilities were so ... rudimentary? compared to today. all the women wear dresses, hose, pumps--no slacks or jeans! and some of the actors: Dana Elcar, Joan Bennet, Conrad Bain and some other faces i recognize but don't know names.
anyhow, i'm at the point where the Collinsport coroner has declared the death of Bill Malloy to be accidental ... although Burke Devlin is convinced that Roger Collins murdered him! can't wait for my next DVD!!
