Netflix price increase

In order to continue adding more movies and TV shows, we are increasing our price from $7.99 to $8.99 for new members. As a thank you for being a member of Netflix already, we guarantee that your plan and price will not change for two years.

Now I call that classy. Unlike AT&T and Comcast and others too numerous to mention. Netflix rewards their existing, loyal customers. The others raise prices for their existing customers and give the break to new customers—for a limited, six months usually, time and then raise the prices.

of DVDs that are in such great demand that we are warned to expect a "Very long wait".
