I found supplement & it was just delivered. Yes, I just took 1.

Was looking for dosing, beyond what's on bottle.

No fresh ones available near me in this red hellhole.

proclaimed health benefits, however, I eat them because I like them... the ones I planted last year have tripled and hopefully will have more to eat this year.

product was so good they agreed to finance. Haven't tried it but have kept the info around in case I need it. It's all natural and contains cinnamon, magnesium and B6. It's called Striction BP Advanced Formula and claims to reduce high blood pressure, bad cholesterol and balance sugar levels. There's a website. Make sure to read the comments, too.
