Missed certified letter today

On disability 6 months ago. I'm worried it may be something about my long term disability payments

Esp since it was the only day they delivered mail early

that is coming to your house. I hate it when it's email from a government agency I'm not expecting. I spend the day wondering what it's about.

Waited until quarterly numbers were booked. Actually, STILL waiting.

IRS changed mileage allowance. Could be that! Or

Maybe you can get through to hr tomorrow.

They never answer the phone

That leaves a virtual paper trail. 😉

And not anything super-serious. I got a certified letter from a former employer because we both missed my signature denying COBRA during the layoff process. Another sent me an update by certified mail about the final payout of my retirement plan coming (they did that quarterly) and they needed me to confirm how I wanted the payment.

Companies often send out innocuous stuff by certified mail as a CYA.

I wouldn't panic about it until I see it.

Then again, I'm the kind that believes it's useless to worry about what ifs when there's enough to worry about with what is. I'd be a nervous wreck if I worried about what ifs.
