steps in and taking B12 are a few of my strategies.
Every one has their own. Never hurts, too much, to try something new.
My life changed when I found a great psychiatrist. That was 32 years ago. Got me to go back to college and get a degree in Clinical Psychology.
That’s my story.

If so, keep it up.
I’ve been on PPIs for 30 years (Omeprazole) for heart burn and read that those impact B12. Saw my doctor today and she has ordered blood test to check on it.

time, play a little Wordle, and now love working crossword puzzles the most. They do take your mind off things that are bothering you ☺️

I do my online daily. Nyt spelling bee, nyt mini, wordle, phrazle, connections. Then i have my LP AARP crosswords and word find.
