Anybody else feel unease?

Today is a day of feeling uneasy. I'm at the point of not wanting to drive. Was told an Rx would be ready yesterday. No it was not, and they texted that when we were sitting in the pharmacy.

Anxiety sufferers...do you feel uneasy at times? How do you deal? Still awaiting call from office about tmj treatment. Dreaming about it now.

Weather transition day ,
I love just north of Orlando.

Storms, just left here couple hours ago

LilGlad bounced off walls, I slept, because it's what I do during storms.

X,

Exactly. I won't share details of my tribulations, but I have read yours and admire you for all you have done to get LilBit the help she deserves. Almost every time you would post, my heart would sink because you seem such a decent and hardworking husband/widower and father and you suffered so much for your loved ones. I pray for you. We will wake tomorrow as we are not yet done with our earthly tasks. Bless you kozar, may the Universe treat you with kindness.

Praying for good weather

Anxiety is so foreign to me now. I have a hard time remembering how debilitating it was to my life.

I'm 53 years old
I've been diagnosed and treated for GAD and Major Depressive Disorder for about 30 years
In 2018, I hit rock bottom in many different ways
I turned my life over to Christ at that time
I was diagnosed in early 2019 with BiPolar Disorder type 2
I was prescribed vrylar, a mood stabilizer, along with my depression (prozac) and anxiety (xanax) meds

After 2019 I asked Jesus to take away my desire to get high. That didn't happen, but my anxiety and depression was lifted.

So I didn't do anything - either vrylar or Jesus did it for me.

Before 2018, I used tons of self-help skills to deal with anxiety, including journaling, exercise, sleep, diet, and CBT. I had all sorts of tricks and skills that helped me. But in 2019, my anxiety was lifted, as was my depression.

in my life has increased, mostly due to GOPigs but the last 2 days I think it must be cosmic. The sun has been ejecting coronal masses and the waves of that energy are heading at us as we speak. Tonight may be the big event and so I hope you will start to feel less anxious. I do not know you, except from your posts, but I wish you my most sincere well wishes and may you feel less anxiety. It will be alright. That is my statement of faith. Feel free to use it. Peace and love for you.

I was only able to deal with the anxiety in the end by confronting it head on...plus meds.

On days when you feel you can't drive, don't or do...it is your choice and there is absolutely no pressure forcing you to decide one way or the other.

You can be you at anytime and nobody has the right to judge.

I have spent years with severe anxiety and depression disorders and overcoming them after years of spiraling downward.

64 years old and now I am experimenting with reassessing my future and planning for a rebirth ceremony next year as I start to re-live my new life.

Sending you all the love and good vibes I can your way. You will get through...

For once, I kept my power and slept through it. Others were not so fortunate. I understand that Tallahassee and the campuses of FSU and Florida A&M got slapped around by the weather. It appears to be fairing off now and I hope, that with the cooling, I will be able to mow before dark.
