A video about depression for those who just don't get it

Whether you're someone who has depression and wants to understand more about the condition or someone who has a friend or family member who has it and you don't see why they don't just get better, this is a good video. It covers a lot of info.

Quite fascinating. Hits close to home on many fronts. Good to understand all the facets that make up depression. Even though I don't know what to do with the information. Hope you are well.

When you see all the things depression causes, and all the causes of depression and how you really don't have control over a lot of it, it just reminds me that baby steps are still steps.
