Just for Fun...

A coworker sent me this to make me laugh. She knows I try meditation to help with my anxiety. She said this is the best ever meditation...

and maybe this needs to be pinned to GD primaries for a while, some times it's ....messy & noisy in there.

Everytime I listen to it, I get a little chuckle. And a chuckle is a good thing when you have anxiety and are prone to depression!
