What's for Dinner, Mon., May 10, 2021

Shrimp burger on Brioche roll. I butter and toast the roll, then add an iceburg lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato.

To go with it, I cut up red pepper slices and washed yellow and cherry tomatoes to dip in Ceasar salad dressing.

Cherry kombucha to drink.

For dessert, I have one of those little pecan pies. I'll have half the little pie with a cup of decaf.

Vegan Italian "sausage" on top of zoodles/onions/roasted tomatoes topped with pesto.
