Would you consider sharing that salad recipe? Sounds like I need to make that...
Im making grilled pork loin sandwiches with provolone. Side salads with cucumber, tomato with a buttermilk herb dressing. Im considering sweet potato fries just because they sound good and it isnt too hot today.

I rummaged around in the freezer and found some pork chops. The ones we get are really good...heritage breed, pastured pork. I'll make a salad. Dunno what else yet.
