these blueberry muffins from Whole Foods are so good. The one I bought for my friend the other day looked like it had a pint of berries in it. I bought her another one and dropped it off at her house on my way home from the food pantry donation this a.m.

I was hoping she'd invite me in for tea but she was still asleep.

I have pear halves cut up in the frig and will have them with fresh mint and ricotta cheese with a little agave swirled in. That's more likely lunch.
