I drink a squeeze of half a lemon, a few ounces of hot water, and a bit of honey (less than a tsp) drink it before our walk, then nothing for 30 min. After that it's regular, when we get home I drink some water then a cup of coffee. The rest of breakfast is generally an over easy egg on wheat toast and a few pieces of melon.

I was recommended this metabolism booster (honey/lemon/hot water) by an Indian friend who said it would speed up my weight loss, and it definitely has done that for both me and my husband. It got him off his plateau and he's now losing weight again.

and small bowl of raisin bran with blueberries and almonds. Then half a bagel with cream cheese and fig preserve.
