I've been vegetarian for a few months now, and it's growing monotonous. I don't miss meat at all, but I'm not enjoying what I cook. Does anyone have ideas for low-fat vegan recipes that you really like? While I'm not fully vegan, I am avoiding eggs and cheese.
BTW, does DU have a vegetarian group? I couldn't find one.

I'm not a vegan, either but many of my meals are still meatless.
