Roasted red pepper success! Thanks everyone!

I slathered them in olive oil. Sprinkled with Mrs. Dash salt free. Preheated to 450 then switched to broiler. Ten minutes with open side down then flipped to the open side up and added fresh grated parmesan. Back in to broil for about 8 minutes. Served with ham steak. Delicious!

Thanks everyone! Next time I will be more adventurous.

Leftovers saved for tomorrow.

Thanks again.

3. I had that one in the freezer. I freeze all the meats I buy. But I don't

Eat meat everyday. Yesterday I had a Caesar salad for dinner. I may let tonight's leftovers stay uneaten tomorrow and have soup. I haven't decided yet.

But the ham was great with the roasted red peppers and I didn't need a bit of salt for the entire meal.

2. Careful

Virgin Olive Oil isn't ment for cooking it gets lots if free radicals if it goes over 300 degrees. Refined olive oil is ok for cooking just not extra virgin or virgin olive oils.
